3. EMS express estimated 3-5* business days delivery.
   
   *delays may occur from these estimated delivery times due to the following reasons:
   1. Customs processing time is extended.
   2. due to the geopolitical situation of the world, packages may be en route for longer.

4. Parcels are handled by Japan Post and transferred to your local service.

9. Deckita is not liable for any import tax or fees, and customers should be aware of potential costs before placing an order.

10. Cancellations are accepted before dispatch, and refunds or replacements are processed for damaged or lost parcels as investigated by the courier.

11. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the stated value by the courier.
