To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging.

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using tracked postage.

Custom products, dented decks, sale items, gift cards, and Mystery decks are non-returnable, unless there are undefined issues with the product.
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or human error.
- If we need to cancel an order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
